Atelier Versace SS'16 Haute Couture

Leave it to Donatella to give you a true statement collection, asymmetry never looked so good. In this her latest Atelier collection, Donatella stuns ones again with a beautiful, modern and feminine  asymmetric collection. The asymmetric cuts on the garments make your eyes dance from top to bottom. Playful, sexy and stylish pieces, evoke  and exude femininity everywhere. Asymmetric cuts and deep cut offs leave the imagination at play, while a pop of color in the seemingly neutral pieces give the garments that extra something that makes it stand out and make you turn your head twice.

Zuhair Murad Haute Couture SS'16

Modern Princess... Murad knows what a girl wants to feel like, and with this beautiful embroidered fairytale designs, he sure captivates the spectators attention. While Murad is no stranger to embroidery and some might think the collections are quite monotone, I beg to differ.  In this collection, Murad shows a wider range on the garments, with intricate and extremely detailed embroidery and delicate , feminine touches like transparencies and cuts that bring out best and most of the female body. From short structured dresses, both sleeveless and long sleeves as well as with shoulder pads and capes, Murad's collection is one to remember.

Giambattista Valli Haute Couture SS'16

Simplicity, chic, layering, volume, embroidery, sophistication and femininity. Those are the words to describe Valli's most recent couture collection. It started off with simple, retro, light and bright colored little dresses with layered, volumed details, shortly followed by wide short dresses, above the knee length with embroidered details that popped up the designs to life. Then came the small tule capes and the cross over dresses along with the fairy, boho looking dresses.

Missoni Mens AW'16 (MFW)

Autumn Hippie chic. Missoni likes to put on a show and just like last year, the runway was a seasonal scenario, a leafy autumnal scenario that served well the propose for the showcase of its latest AW'1 Menswear collection. This collection screamed Autumn and Winter all around, from the montage to the garments themselves, knitted pieces marched down the runway effortlessly in perfect display. From knitted sweaters and cardigans to more elaborated jackets and blazers, all in a very casual and simplistic approach. 

Valentino Menswear AW'16 (PFW)

80's Tribal The 80's and 70's were a very frequent source of inspiration for this season and Valentin showcased this decade in the most grand way. The collection was a series of masterpieces, from long, more classic coats with a very retro British business man approach to a more indie, tribal - bohemian look.

Lanvin FW'16 Menswear (PFW)

Boho-Chic Lavin presents a collection with slight grunge- goth finishes and boho-pirate feel, the collection overall filled with slightly oversized garments and slim fit pants, a feminine touch with low cut neck shirts, transparencies and belted coats.

Versace Menswear FW'16 (MFW)

Winter wonderland. Nothing to do with alice in wonderland, but Versace ones again proves to be best at what they do, this collection is not only sleek and stylish, it is the perfect modern statement for the, up to date fashionista. A display of color. Color was certainly not a lacking element in the Versace FW'16 collection, it started in whites, silvers and dimmed emerald greens, and it slowly and effortlessly evolved into a wonderland of colors, from blues, navys, browns, magentas, black and silvered fabrics, the collection a demure colorful one.
