Moschino SS'21 | #MFW

Following Dior's footsteps from earlier this year during the Couture season, also taking inspiration from the "Théâtre de la Mode" presentation after WWII, Jeremy Scott comes up with a unique and innovative way to do a fashion show during this pandemic scenario, a puppet show to be precise, complete with A-list front rowers and all. This inspiration however was not just to put on a show, Scott looked back to the couture roots of fashion to craft this latest collection, with the intent to pay homage to this art form and bring joy to the world in this trying times, reminding us, the audience, about the beauty of this crazy world and what fashion brings to it. Salvatore Ferragamo SS'21 | #MFW

Clean, modern and minimal is what characterizes this Ferragamo collection, where we see beautiful minimalist silhouettes with clean shapes and tailoring in a gradient of colors from whites, golden pale yellow, bright oranges, blues and lavender all the way to pale greys and classic black. Modern pieces with a subtle classic - retro look that will appeal to a more conservative yet trendy and stylish fashionista. A few asymmetric details and very subtle menswear influences bring a perfect balance between the femininity of the overall silhouettes and the modern appeal of the gender fluidity of the garments.

A modern, youthful, trendy and quite frankly fun and refreshing collection.
