Gucci “Love Parade” | SS ‘22


A tribute to Hollywood, L.A and the film industry. Alessandro Michele was inspired by his mother for the creation of this his latest collection for the spring/summer 22 season. Michele mentions on a backstage interview with vogue, that his mother worked in film production back in the day and how that influenced him and his creative process, he also mentions how the entire Hollywood grandiosity, glamour and variety of characters allowed him to explore and develop said creativity into creating this elegant and modern collection, grabbing hold and inspiration from various elements from old Hollywood and all.





The scenario for this show was non other than Hollywood boulevard it self, this iconic piece of Hollywood history. The runway took place along the infamous Hollywood walk of fame, with the famous Chinese theater as the backdrop for this amazing display, bringing Alessandro’s whole concept ent to life.








But the incredible landscaping wasn’t the only star studded element, the model line up and the front row were star studded as well, with the participation of actor and singer Jared Leto and 90’s child star Macauley Culkin as models, amongst others.

  Se podría decir fue fue la Paris Hilton de los 60’s, Edie Sedgwick fue una famosa actriz y modelo durante los años 60, aunque fue mayormente conocida por sus excesos, Edie tenía problemas de adicción a drogas, alcohol, barbitúricos, entre otras medicinas prescritas. Hola sappers! Espero que hayan tenido una excelente semana, ya ah llegado el viernes y es tiempo de relajarnos y despejarnos un poco, así que hoy quiero hacerles una propuesta para este fin de semana. El pasado miércoles   22 de octubre tuve el privilegio de asistir a la tan anticipada premier de la película Cuentos y Leyendas de Honduras, una producción 100% Hondureña que después de lo que pareció una larga espera, finalmente ha llegado a las salas de cine de toda Honduras.
